(some of the worst sickness you could have I consider are dysentry, vomitting, running nose for they make you feel miserable.) well I thought I could tackle it nicely for it is no good to go to doctor. Thats so becoz doc only gives medicines which take away the taste of your mouth and thus you dont feel like eating at all which worsens your condition. Anyway not just that if your sickness doesnot go away for sometime you keep on taking the medicine for that short span of relief. But you dont realize that after a day or two you cant control your sickness unless you take the medicine. Well its true. Observe it yourself the next time.
By the way I have great cure for upset stomach and you neednot go to anyone. All you have to do is eat as normally you eat when you are not sick especially ricewith curd(I know its not easy to eat when you are sick but its best you could do)
Let me tell you anoter such thing that I've come to know. Well I've a sort of chronic cough mainly becoz of pollution (its only recently that I started going outdoors for college and hence came to become dust allergic as well as having cough(rather a running nose). Its been two and half years now and earlier each morning I used to be sneezing all morning till I had had my bath. not just that once in a month this would deteriorate so that I had to go to the doc. And guess what after going for more than six times(ie in six months period)I realised that the medicines provided a temporary relief and that if I didnot take the medicine, one of my pulse near the nose would run wild till I took the medicine. tus it goes to show that I would become addicted to it if I kept on taking it. so I just learnt to try and avoid pollution as much as possible and I think I've now become accustomed to pollution around me though it does not affect me as it used to I still try going to doc for such matter . for he cannot control the pollution nor do anything for me than give medicine. so guys if you've learnt something from my experience you'll try to avoid going to a doc for matters in which he cant help for you would if not taken care end up as an addictive. BEWARE.

I would like to wish everyone a happy and prosperous new year. May it bring peace and joy to all who dwel under the sun. Today a new day has arisen with new hopes and new ways to be transversed lie in front of us. yet long is the journey and far away seem to be our goals. I dont know of others but my life seems to have many roads ahead of me of which all i seem to like and choosing betwen them is not so easy. and above it i still find myself on newer paths to which i had not given thought earlier. Alas! There are many things i would like to do. there are many issues which i would like to put forth. and yet time goes by like a fierce wind. Lets forget the world for a while but i'm a small town girl in India with many big dreams. there is much i would like to do, much i would like to change. SO TODAY I WOULD LIKE TO CALL UPON ALL MY INDIAN BROTHERS AND SISTERS TO HEED MY CALL FOR THE FOLLOWING REASON. there are many structures in India which are made on the whims and fancy of the builders who in turn are supported by curropt politicians who thougt at first may seem promicing alas fall to the greed of power, power which is bestoed on them to make better the world but no it becomes their tool to reach the highest position that their filthy hands can grab. in turn making balant promises which never see the morning sunlight. curroption is so deep rooted now that an honest man is made to bend to it. Speaking of how todys structures have come to be so weak that most fail to see
the sun rise beyond two decades i think i've told you. so i think we ought to try and mend the system. for we ought to seek what we want since no one will come to our aid in the time of need. so here are some rules i would like to come to effect so that all men have less troubles in their daily life.
1)Make it cumpulsory that all structures are quake proof.
2)Also they should be lifted conciderabely in low lying area.
( So that no floods destroy them easily.)
3)Home insurance should be made mandatory for purchase of property.
(this is for our own good. for people here discard such investment as waste of money and realise it only when their homes are destroyed in natural calamity or man made)
4)also water harvesting should be made cumpulsory along with water reuse(obviously after due treatement)
(this becoz there is ever a water shortage in most parts of India and it is believed that in years to come it may become more desparate a situation. also if this project was done initially it would cost less for the consumer for it is hard to convince all later on to this technique for it will mean searching new place for its installation as well as more money out of pocket)
5)common solar water heaters should be installed for they will surely save a lot fuels
(yet i can't ask it to be made mandatory or they are quite expencive and most Indians dont have that kind of money. still if it were mandatory even for the rich it would serve the purpose)
these are but the rules i would like to see come true so that no fellow citizen is disturbed about his property. i'm welcome to suggestions on this issue if found worth could be added to this list so no common man may ever have to ponder these issues only when he faces a need a dire need that too.(whether it is crumbling structure, water shortage, hiking prices of fuels and many more).
bye for today.
